Features:
This
project is a PATH Field Evaluation and Demonstration site, built with
structural insulated panel walls and roofs. The panel roofs allow a
vaulted ceiling, and keep ductwork within conditioned space. According to
the builder, using SIPs allows a house to be put up in about three days.
The homes also feature fiber-cement siding, pigmented concrete floor
finishes, tankless water heaters, and pre-finished drywall corners.
